Since 2009, Yuliana has been the TUPE County Coordinator for Tehama County Department of Education. Yuliana received her BA in Social Science from Simpson University, where she previously worked as an Admission Counselor. She has been chair and co-chair of various groups throughout her career, including local tobacco control coalitions and health partnerships. Yuliana also has experience in both reading and successfully writing TUPE Grants.
